Is your jewelry damaged or not quite as expected? We’re happy to repair or adjust your order whenever possible.
Each repair is handled with care to preserve the integrity and beauty of your original design.

Cost: Free with prepaid shipping label (U.S. orders only)
Time Limit: 3 months from delivery date
Processing Time: 1–2 weeks plus shipping


Resizing

Because each piece is handmade to order and carefully measured, we’re unable to resize bracelets or necklaces after purchase.
Please review sizing and product details before checkout - every item is made to fit our universal medium size.

Note: If a sizing concern arises, we can help guide you through a remake or redesign option (fees may apply depending on materials).

Returns

Due to the handcrafted and limited nature of our designs, we do not accept returns for refund.
Every Flor Angel Jewelry piece is one-of-a-kind and made to order, using high-quality materials and hand-selected beads from limited collections.

However, if your jewelry arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
