Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, please reach out to the carrier directly.
We are happy to assist, but we cannot replace items lost due to carrier error or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Wrong Address Policy

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed, and additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
