6. Order Processing & Shipping
Processing time: 3 to 7 business days.
Shipping rates: shown at checkout.
Free shipping on U.S. orders over $150.
Once shipped, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier.
We are not responsible for:
• Lost or stolen packages
• Delivery delays
• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
Customers are responsible for ensuring correct shipping information.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Resizing
Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry:
• No returns
• No resizing
• Exchanges for store credit within 14 days once received (unused, unworn items only)
• Repairs available within 2 months
